Total Relaxation 90mn

Allow yourself some time to truly let go. It takes around 30mn for the body to drop into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state. With time for nervous system reset , you’ll leave feeling grounded and lighter.

Deep Reset 120mn

This session allows for unhurried care with focused attention on multiple areas of tension. You’ll have time to settle fully into rest and receive targeted and integrative work. Ideal if you need more than a tune-up.
