What I need from you
A clean, open space (an area comparable to a queen bed size) •a blanket or throw • couple of pillows • a chair / stool •
I will provide
A massage table • Clean sheets • Heating pad • coconut oil / massage cream • Aromatherapy • music • and most importantly a relaxing bodywork experience from your home.
It is advised to not schedule anything 30mn prior And following your session to fully enjoy and integrate the experience.
