My offering is to help you Reset, Relax and Unwind with 60mn, 90mn, 120mn, or 150mn massage sessions.
I combine a variety of techniques such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Vibrational Healing massage, with compassionate and healing touch, I listen to you and create a customized massage experience. You will leave the session feeling rejuvenated and cared for.
My massages are provided in a welcoming and affirming environment, where clients are encouraged to express their needs and preferences freely. I try to ensure that every client feels valued, heard, and safe throughout their healing journey.
During our first meeting, we set our plan for pressure and discuss your current feelings, goals and needs for your session. I always invite you to be as vocal as possible.
